ORDERING POLICY
If we become sold out of goods that you have already purchased, we will contact you.
The colors or the shapes of the goods you have purchased may differ from what you have seen online
due to the monitor and angles of pictures.
For previous customers who would like to purchase the exact same items after a few months or years
as
your first purchases, please call us to check if we have the exact same products in stock. The cup making
process is very sensitive to temperature, weather and chemicals. Thus, to the professional eye, each cup
may not look exactly the same; however, they will be very similar.
If you want to order more than 1,000 pieces at a time, please contact us.
For board of schools and non-profit organizations, discounts are offered. Please contact us
first.
SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
For your convenience, JoyCargo.com uses the UPS (United Parcel Service) or the USPS (United States
Postal Service).
Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase.
These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the
products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or to the recipients you have designated.
In most cases, JoyCargo.com ships goods via USPS priority (usually takes 2-3 days). For fast delivery,
we offer the USPS Express.
If the shipping address is a P.O.Box, APO, FPO, rural address, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands,
or
Puerto Rico, your order will be shipped via the United State Postal Service. If the USPS is
used for those addresses, please contact us.
*For USPS
customers, see our descriptions on JoyCargo.com for the weight of each specific item in order to be able
to calculate the prices according to the cost of shipping, which depends on the weight of the item, on
the USPS website. If you have further questions, please contact us.
For overseas customers, using UPS is necessary. The weight of each item is available by clicking on
the picture, which is on our website. Please use this to figure out the total time and cost of delivery,
on the UPS website. For further questions, please contact us.
Some remote zip codes can take longer for delivery.
For expedited orders, the order cutoff is 1 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
(We are closed on the weekends).
