WHOLESALE ORDERING POLICY

We cannot guarantee that we will have the goods for you. However, we will do our best to fulfill your needs. If we are sold out of the goods that you want, we will contact you.


Damaged Products Our company has a perfection rate of 91.7% (i.e., 1-3 defective cups in a 36-cup box is to be expected).

If there are more than this percentage of defective products, please contact us.

Colors:
  • Colors may slightly vary from cup to cup, depending on the loads imported from our overseas factories, although they do not harm the product’s appearance in any fashion. Collectors who wish for the exact same coloring of the same item in their next order need to contact us before placing an order.

    Broken Cups:
  • B2B/B2C – please send a picture of the broken cup, and we will send a replacement or a refund for the broken product, or attempt to reach another agreement.

    SHIPPING POLICY & RATES

  • Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total weight of your purchase.

  • These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and /or to the recipients you designate.

  • For expedited orders (Next Day/Second Day), the order cutoff is 1pm Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday (Wednesdays and Sundays we are closed)

  • PO Boxes are generally not recommended for receiving items. If possible, we ask that you provide us with a residential address for us to ship to.

  • If the shipping address is a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, rural address, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, your order will be shipped via the United State Postal Service or the UPS. If the USPS is used, the prices are all original prices (you may check the prices on the USPS website.) listed for that specific address.

    For Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and/or the Virgin Islands: Please contact us before placing your order so that we may calculate the appropriate shipping costs to your area. Unless we get your exact location, we will be unable to process your order.
